Yes. Oléa has a strong community of women in workers’ compensation, built through more than two decades of experience in the industry through OM. At the same time, Oléa also serves women from other industries who are interested in wellness, balance, and intentional living.

The former Bloom Community is no longer active in its original format. It is now part of Oléa and has evolved into something more intentional and aligned with our next chapter.
You can now find everything through our website, which serves as the main hub for all Oléa content, resources, events, and updates. While we continue to share highlights across our social media platforms, the website is where everything lives and is kept fully up to date.
We are currently creating new ways to make the Oléa experience more interactive, connected, and meaningful, and we’re excited for what’s ahead.

No. For many years, we have built a strong and growing community of women in workers’ compensation, insurance, and healthcare, and this remains a core part of who we are. At the same time, Oléa is open to women across all industries who are looking for a healthier, more balanced way of living.

We design and host events, dinners, masterclasses, workshops, seminars, and retreats focused on wellness, women’s health, work-life balance, nutrition, personal and professional growth, leadership, and holistic living.

Yes. We offer onsite and virtual corporate wellness programs, including workshops, classes, and educational sessions.
Programs may include workshops on MSK health, nutrition, stress management, grounding practices, and more, as well as seminars and educational sessions led by physicians and experienced professionals. We also plan onsite Wellness Days tailored to your organization and goals, health fairs and screenings (including MSK and general wellness screenings), fitness and movement classes such as stretching, yoga, mobility, and functional movement, monthly or quarterly wellness series, and fully customized programs based on your organization’s needs.
All programs are designed to be clear, practical, and easy for employees to apply in their daily routines.

Over time, the name Bloom came to represent several different initiatives under OM. As everything continued to grow, it naturally created confusion about what was what and how each piece fit together.
Bloom Magazine was always an OM publication. To bring clarity and keep all OM publications under one unified umbrella, Bloom Magazine was rebranded as OM Magazine. The name changed, but the publication itself did not. It remains the same trusted magazine with the same focus, readership, and reach across the workers’ compensation and orthopedic communities.
OM also made the thoughtful decision to sunset the Bloom Awards, which began in 2011 and were previously known as the IN TOUCH Awards. For fourteen years, the awards honored adjusters, nurses, risk managers, physicians, and industry leaders. Closing that chapter marked the completion of something that truly fulfilled its purpose and impact.
The Bloom Community, founded in 2016, continued to evolve beyond its original vision. As it expanded, the name Bloom became limiting from both a legal and structural standpoint, and it became increasingly difficult to clearly distinguish the community from the magazine and the awards.
Rebranding the Bloom Community as Oléa created the clarity and space needed for the next chapter. The heart of the community did not change. Oléa continues to offer resources, events, and tools centered on women’s health, work life balance, nutrition, holistic living, and simple everyday practices that support a balanced lifestyle both professionally and personally.
