Oléa’s Sponsor With Purpose is a monthly program that allows service providers to give back using dollars they would normally spend on marketing. The program began in 2010 under what was formerly known as Bloom, as a simple way to pay it forward through giveaways and community-focused efforts.

In 2020, Sponsor With Purpose officially launched as a structured monthly initiative. Today, it continues under Oléa and is powered by OM, which has led and supported the program from the beginning.

Supporting our community through purpose-driven sponsorship

Oléa’s Sponsor With Purpose program allows sponsors to use their marketing budgets in a way that promotes their company while also giving back to a cause.

Sponsorship funds are used to host monthly giveaways and challenges for our community of women in workers’ compensation. These are designed to be enjoyable and engaging, and participation is always optional with no requirements.

A portion of sponsorship funds is also directed to nonprofit organizations our community cares about, including No Kid Hungry, No More Tears, Give Kids The World Village, as well as other causes selected by the community.

  • Sponsor With Purpose has become one of the most anticipated initiatives within the Oléa community.

    Our community members love it and look forward to our monthly contests and giveaways. Our contests and giveaways are designed to support wellness and reflect what matters most to our community. This initiative is highly engaging and continues to grow each month. It is one of the most affordable ways to keep your organization’s name in front of hundreds of workers’ compensation professionals who actively participate.

  • Our community is made up of workers’ compensation professionals, including adjusters, claims managers, risk managers, nurses, case managers, doctors, and others involved in managing and handling workers’ compensation claims.

  • Is your community only for women in workers’ compensation?

    No. Workers’ compensation is one of Oléa’s largest branches, and our long-standing presence in the industry comes from OM, which has been active in workers’ compensation for over two decades. Through OM, we have built a strong community of women in workers’ compensation, along with professionals from other industries.

    Oléa is a wellness and lifestyle brand for women, founded in 2016 and formerly known as Bloom. Our mission is to support women’s health. We create experiences, content, and resources focused on wellness, women’s health, creativity, and holistic living.

  • The cost is $150 per month. You may also choose to participate one month at a time. Ongoing monthly participation is not required.

  • Community partners are the heart of this project. Without their support, the giveaways and give-back efforts would not be possible. Through partnerships with service providers and industry leaders, we are able to create engaging contests, offer quality prizes, and give back throughout the year.

  • The Oléa Give Back Project was created to bring enjoyment, appreciation, and generosity into the community in a fun way. It rewards participation, supports organizations we care about, and gives service providers a practical way to stay visible while helping us pay it forward.

  • A monthly sponsorship of Sponsor With Purpose keeps your company visible while supporting a program the community truly values and looks forward to.

    As a participating sponsor:

    • Your company logo is included on all giveaway and contest promotions for the month

    • Your company name is seen daily for 30 days across Oléa and OM platforms

    • Your business is exposed to thousands of adjusters, risk managers, and nurses who actively follow and participate

    • You are recognized publicly for helping fund giveaways and give-back efforts

    • You receive a blog feature on Oléa and OM acknowledging your participation

    This is a simple, affordable way to give back to good causes while keeping your name in front of a highly engaged workers’ compensation audience in a positive, well-received way.
